Our Policies
We appreciate your business and we will work very hard to attain and
maintain your confidence in our services and products.  The following
policies should give you a general idea about how we serve you.

Business Hours:  Digitz Limousine Services ("DLS") operates 24 hours by reservation, however, the best
time to contact us via telephone is 10:00 am - 10:00 pm (EST).
Payment Options:   We accept PayPal (VISA, MasterCard, American Express,  Discover), money order,
check and cash.  Personal checks can be accepted no later than 15 days PRIOR to the event.  Exceptions
may be made for corporate customers in good standing.
Deposits:  Full payment is due for any reservation scheduled within 15 days the event.  Deposits of 50%
is acceptable for reservations scheduled earlier than 15 days of the event with the balance being due on
or before the 15th day prior to the event.  All payments are non-refundable except for inclement weather.
Cancellations:  Though deposits/payments are non-refundable, we do accept cancellations 15 days prior
to your event.  In such case, the value of your reservation can be deferred to a future reservation within five
years of the original booking date.  Pre-booking deposits ($50) are non-refundable and cannot be
deferred.  Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the event are not subject to reciprocation.
Overtime:  Reservations that go overtime are subject to the overtime rate.  We usually grant a 15-minute
grace period after which the client is charged for a full hour at the same contracted rate and gratuity.  
However, sometimes overtime may not be possible and the driver has the option of ending the job early if
the client cannot be at the final destination within the alloted time.
Liability:  The billing client is responsible for all charges and damages incurred by the client or the
individuals of their party.  This includes damages in, on, or around the vehicle.  DLS is not responsible for
items left in the vehicle at any time before, during, or after services have been rendered.
Excessive Cleanup:  The billing client is responsible for compensating DLS for excessive cleanup.  This
includes excessive trashing, smoking, and regurgitation in, on, or around our vehicles.  
Our vehicles are
non-smoking.
Amenities:  DLS will provide a clean vehicle with a qualified driver.  Our limousines include leather
seating, radio, CD Player, TV/VCR and neon lighting. DLS may also provide soft drinks, water, and ice.  
DLS will not purchase nor provide alcoholic beverages under ANY circumstances.  Certain alcoholic
beverages are allowed in our limousines but not unless a passenger is of legal age to consume.
Gratuity:  DLS automatically charges gratuity for services rendered (unless optional arrangements are
made.  Gratuity is normally 15% of cost of services.  In some cases, a higher percentage may be charged.
Fuel Surcharge:  DLS automatically charges a 10% fuel surchage for most reservations. This rate may
fluctuate based upon gas rates.
Termination:  DLS may terminate service at any time in the best interest of customer safety, driver safety,
vehicle safety, and federal/state/local laws.
