Business Hours: Digitz Limousine Services ("DLS") operates 24 hours by reservation, however, the best

Payment Options: This is a 'cash upon arrival' service however, we will accept credit cards for an
additional $5 fee if paid in advance (after receiving your availability confirmation 24 hours prior to your
event.) There is no charge for requesting a Stand-by reservation. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover, and cash. All advance payments are non-refundable except for inclement weather.

Service Type: This is a non-exclusive service so you may have to share your ride with other passengers,
hence, your destinations may not be direct. For a private, exclusive service try our P.O.L.S. service.

Segment Fees: The cost for each segment can be paid in advance or at the beginning of each segment

Boarding: You (and your party) must be ready to board upon our arrival. We have the right to leave if you

Liability: You are responsible for all charges and damages incurred by you or your party. This includes
damages in, on, or around the limousine. DLS is not responsible for items left in the limousine at any
time before, during, or after services have been rendered.

Excessive Cleanup: The client is responsible for compensating DLS for excessive cleanup. This
includes smoking, excessive trashing, and regurgitation in, on, or around our limousines.

Amenities: DLS will provide a clean vehicle with a qualified driver. Our limousines also include leather
seating, radio, CD Player, TV/VCR and neon lighting. DLS will also provide water, and ice. DLS will not
purchase nor provide alcoholic beverages under ANY circumstances. Alcoholic beverages will not be
allowed in the limousine if no passenger is of legal age to consume.

Gratuity: Gratuity is not included with this service's pricing. Please tip your driver. Thank you.
Termination: DLS may terminate service at any time in the best interest of customer safety, driver safety,
